Ode to a truth

Ray Bradbury~
“You must stay drunk on writing so reality cannot destroy you”.

Once on an emotional  and physical high, now reality finds everything falling to the depths of its low. And say from a recent lack of anything else that matches the stimulation prior, writing becomes the only constant. Nothing can take the place except for the one thing actually missed. And the one thing actually missed? It is as elusive as the Chesire Cat nowadays. So, writing must take it’s place.
Can you experience the same elation through writing?

Must we have vices that help us to escape from reality?

Can the imagination take you to the place you want to go, through writing?

Think of how you can create an alternative by filling a page with your words.

What do you find?
